I am Doctor, Senior Physiotherapist and Head of the department of physiotherapy, Jubilee hospital, TVM, kerala. Also Life member of Indian physiotherapy Association. I have purchased a Maruthy Alto LX car on 6th june 09.Dealer said Doctors are eligible to get a cash discount of Rs.- in the month of June. Am I eligible for the same. secondly I have paid 2, 70, 872.00 Rs.550.00/- (for NSC) on 03/6/09 by personnel cheque. This amount is after Rs.12, 000- discount (Dealer Said On the road price is Rs.2, 82, 872.00 with out any discount- no accessories also). I have received cheque receipt from dealer. Dealer said On that date Iam eligible for maruthi company cash discount of 12, 000-only. It was not a booking, it was vehicle showroom purchase with their available colour. But dealer started all processing on 5th June after clearing the cheque on their account. 5th June RTA registration, Insurance etc have done and vehicle delivered on 6th night 8 PM. But it is understood that on 3rd June onwards there is total cash discount of 15, 000.00 -(including half insurance amount). Sir, Am I eligible to get total maruti offered discount of Rs.15, 000/- instead of Rs.12, 000/-). Any way sales people have made some hindrance to me at the time of delivery due to these issues and i have faced mental strain for 2 hours due to these issues - Now I am communicating with the dealer to get back my doctors discount Rs.2, 000/- and Maruthy offered balance discount Rs.3, 000/- (Total Rs.5, 000/-). I have already handed over all my doctor profession proof and other valid documents to the dealer. Sir I request you to get confirmation from you regarding my above 2 quires and expecting my Rs. 5, 000- refund from dealer.
