I am Udit Kumar, I was booked Maruti 800 AC LPG Car on "MOTORCRAFT INDIA, S-7, Site IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area " dated on 14th Feb and I was given RS10, 000 as booking amount. He was given me one week delivery time (promised for 23 Feb). So I had taken finance from SBI bank (myself, No role of dealer) and I had submitted full payment check on 22 Feb After submitting my check he told me that he can give delivery on (25 th Feb but I was not sure about me for this date and hence he given me 1 Mar) but when I called on 25th to tell them I am not able to come today and hence I will take delivery on 1 Mar then he told me that for you I bring car to showroom but I will manage till 1 Mar (made me foolish).
But He called me again on 28th Feb and told me that he don't have car to give to me and since then he has given me 3-4 times delivery day (I am tired of calling him and asking him what is the progress then I will get same answer "sorry sir, i am arranging, Car is not cumming from Maruti, It is in manufacturing progress, bala bala ", but he is not informing me single time also). Till today he is not able to deliver me Car and also he is not giving me any fix date on which he can deliver car.
Now Please think on this :
Is this a bad dealership or harassment of the customer?
He was was not able to give me car on promised date then why he has taken full amount from me?
As I had taken amount on finance so who is going to pay interest of this duration.
Maruti is having its dealers like that?
I am asking him my money refund/back but again he has given me till tomorrow time (to arrange car for me or refunding money)
Please do the needful.
