I had gone for an emergancy Towing & servicing of my Maruti 800 vahicle on dated 23/03 in Gurgaon (Haryana). Dealer (Qutub Automobiles) showed a good response to the complaint. The problem was Timing belt failure. Got my car back in the morning. But my Car got busted by over heating over a ditance of 30 kms as it was running without the coolent & water in the radiator. Strange thing is while changing the timing belt the water from the water jaket & radiator flown off. And no body from the authorized service centre bother to check it before delivering the car. After paying - to the Authorized service Centre (Qutub Automobiles) this crap service i got. And in reply the Service centre people says that we havent touched the radiator. This is the response of Maruti Authorized Service Centres. Worse case is in the argumant they are asking why did i haven't checked the radiator water. If cutomer have to do every thing why the hell Maruti had appointed them.
Its a serious issue with biggest brand of india. Every body takes Maruti as granted service. In reply i got to pay 5000/- bucks addition for repair from a local service centre where i can use my own supervision. Not relaying on fake responsibility gestures of Maruti.
