I have kept my car at Autocraft, Kolkata an authorised service station of Maruti Suzuki, since 16/10 for change of both the chasis (rear part just above wheels), but the service centre informing the parts are not available, they have never phoned me but I phoned them several times. My car No is WB -02 S -3799. Please see the matter.
