This is in regards with the inconvenience faced from your recovery department call centre where in I have received several calls from Ms. Sheetal from landline number:
912228253272. If you want I can provide you with more numbers…
I would not call it an inconvenience but a mental torture & harassment where in without my approval she made calls on my office numbers, speaking about the pending dues with my subordinates which I would never allow anyone to do that.
I have been tolerating this since months & kept ignoring but now this should be taken care of & it’s high time that you train or brief your team on how to respect the customer in need & when the customer is helpless to make the payment.
Her way of talking is very indecent & she sure doesn’t know how to speak politely.
I would not ask your agents for being polite or to respect me while talking to me but what I at least expect from the telecaller is to know the basic manners or at least have a control over the call.
I belong to well known family (which I told your female telecaller for which she gave me back answer & insulted me by saying, ” Gar Tu hai achche family se hai toh besharam logo ki tarah payment kyo delay karti hai, pay karde. When I told her to speak to me properly she told me, ” To pehle payment kar”.She also said that” Gar insaan ki aukat nahi hoti na toh loan nahi lena chahiye”. When I told her for not speaking like this with me coz her way of talking was hurting but she went on saying, ” “Terese jamta nahi toh kyu liya? Abhi karde chal bohot ho gaya samjhi na? ”
I did not believe in taking help of my parents for this car & independently managed it. Unfortunately I lost my job which I knew two months in advance for which I even had called up your customer service number & informed them about the future irregularities well in advance. Obviously I missed out on my EMIs & it took me months to settle down financially & I did not want to ask for money to my parents.
What I did not like about this female telecaller is her way of using, ”TU” in hindi & my parents also never address me this way. I am giving you a complete picture of everytime I spoke to her. When I told her not to use, ”Tu”, I work at a responsible position & I am not used to all this. She replied, ” Gar hai toh payment kyo nahi karti haa? Itna hai toh pay karde. Cheater kyu banti hai. Without keeping me on hold, she told somebody in the background, ” Shi kya cheater hai re yeh, payment hi nahi deti”.”Le tu baat karega? ”.To me also she said the same thing teri jesi cheater aurat maine kahi nahi dekhi.
I told her several times to speak to me properly & this time I askd her to have me speak to somebody who knows how to speak but she refused to transfer the call & said, ”Kyu tujhe baat karne ka tarika hai kya pehle”. I was wondering the background of the person coz I have never been treated like this by anyone & just because I missed out on my payment?
In the initial stage I could not take the calls from the call centre since I was unaware of the number & at the same time I am working at higher level where in me being busy in the meeting is quite common where in no one can expect me to answer calls from landline at least. I at least have 3-4 outdoor meetings a day & rest of the time I am busy taking interviews or being in a meeting with my MDs where in I don’t expect HDFC Calling me on my office landline & interrupting the entire meeting for my dues where in a lady from HDFC is disclosing my pending dues to my Receptionist & office boy.
When I told her to check my record on how regularly I have made the payment all these months, she told me that I haven’t made payment last month whereas I had a receipt for the payment that was made with the penalty.
I get my salary on 10th of every month due to which every month I have to pay my penalty which I do….when I requested Sheetal to give me her fax number, I would like to fax her the receipt. She told, “Tu na pehle payment kar badme fax kar samjhi na! chal! ”.
How can a girl speak in such a boyish tone…?
I very well understand your target & pressure but do you all seriously think about your customers state of mind…Specially when somebody is not used to such kind of way of talking aur if someone has a different background.
Believe me; I would prefer going to jail or spoiling my credit history if I have to face such kind of telecallers from HDFC.
But one fine day a gentleman arrived in my office, it was your recovery agent who seems to be on Blind call, who was sent on my office address without my permission, I am sure this must be your policy of harassing people & spoiling their name & image by visiting their offices where in I have my subordinate who would spit on me for seeing recovery Agents visiting for my dues….Should I thank HDFC for the extent you guys went to screw up my image everywhere in my society & then in my office.
