Bad services of Authorised service center in Moradabad

Dear Sir,

Complaint againt Maruty Authorised service center - Akansha Automobile, Moradabad, UP.

My Car no. UP21P 6855

I met an accident on 27th June'08 on Delhi Moradabad Highway at Joya. I am facing problems and very upset with the Authrised service center - Akansha Automobile services.

I am having a insurance with new India thru Maruti. After meeting accident I called to Maruti service center in Moradabad, they are also dealer for Maruti cars. After calling they informed me to

get the car in their service center for repair. I did the same and admit my car in the authrised sevice center - Akansha Automobile.

I am very upset for the below reasons :

1. They are replacing many parts which are okay and was in running condition after the accident.

a. The car damage from the front side only, but they even change the back light of my car. When I asked them why you changed this, they told me that the light is only Rs. 1100, so its not a big amt.

b. They change the powder break / stearing cylinder without any reason where as it was working properly because i pull my car from Joya to Moradabad.

c. They fully paint my car where as it was not necessary to full paint, now I have lost my original campany paint.

d. They promised me that your car will be repaird within a week. There is almost a month has passed, daily I check with them they are saying that it will take another 5 days.

e. They are not informing me the approimate estimate expenses. I am low earning person and can not bear high expenses which will be informed me at the end.

f. They are changing my speed meter. I am sure this is okay as I pull car from Joya to Moradabad and it was working.

I request you to please look into this matter and sort out this problem. And please instruct them not to change the parts which are okay. Because I will not pay the money for the ok parts. Also I need the

copy of the claimed parts. So that I will know what parts insurance company has provided.
