I booked Maruti A- Start LXi with Competent Automobiles Co. Limited, F-14, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 on 29/09. This car was booked under exchange scheme launched by Maruti Udyog Limited along with some other incentive like corporate discount etc.
Under the scheme representataive of M/s Competent Automobile Co. Limited took the possesion of my old car on 29/09. I also paid booking amount of Rs.10, 000.00 by way of cheque on 29/09.
Mr. Shakti Khurana (team Leader) and Ms. Kolam Rawat (Sales Executives), both representative of M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited promissed me give delivery of my new car on 07/10. After a few days I got a call from Ms. Komal Rawat and Mr. Shakti Khurana informed therewith that the car of the colour choosed by me is not available at there-end and it will take some more time to deliver the car to me. Mr. Shakti Khurana and Ms. Komal Rawat also introduced me to Mr. Surinder, working as a Show Room Manager of M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited. Mr. Surinder also gave assurance to deliver the car in next 2-3 days.
Representative of M/s Competent Automobiles called me on 09/10 and advised me complete loan formailities with State Bank of Patiala. Here i want to mentioned that, to purchase this new car, I applied for term loan of Rs.2, 00, 000.00 with State Bank of Patiala under loan arrangement scheme of M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited with State Bank of Patiala.
I visited office of M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited on 10/10 and delivered the cheque of Rs.79, 474/- (balanced amount after deducting all incentives, exchange value of my old car and loan amount). The same day i.e. on 10/10 i visited Narayna Branch of State Bank of Patiala to effect disbursement of loan amount.
When i enquired about delivery of car to me on 12/10 representatives of M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited i.e. Mr. Shakti Khanna, Ms. Komal Rawat and Mr. Surinder informed me that it will take another 2-3 days to give delivery of my new car. But these 2-3 days did not come till 21/10 and during these period (from 12/10 to 21/10) i was continously following up with these three representative of M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited and even some time they tried to avoid my telephone calls.
At last, i got a call from Ms. Komal Rawat, who asked me to complete all remaining formalities so that the delivery of the car may be happened on 21/10. But when i visited M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited on 21/10. I was asked to take a delivery of a cas who was lying there. While inspecting the car, i found two scratch marks at the front door of Co-passenger's side. Actually representatives of M/s Competent Automobiles Co. Limited were trying to sold out a car with scratch marks to me. I refused to take the delivery of the car due to two scratchs.
M/s Comptent Automobiles Co. Limited has been using whole amount of the car since than and I am waiting for my new car.
