Non reciept of Card

Hi, I am Ajay Sharma. I have your Card No. 5546 1977 2687 0003. A month or so back I have written a complaint about two things:

1. Address Change

2. Name Change

I have sent a written complaint about these two to your office with all the required documents.

I have recieved the Credit Card statement on my new address but to my utter surprise, the physical card is still not delivered to my address.

First call I recieve from Blue dart that the name of Building is not mentioned in the address. I gave him the name of the Building and they told me that it will be delivered but it did not came, then I called Blue Dart and they told me that You have to speak to Citi Bank.

Again I recd a message that your card has been despatched thru Blue dart, pls check... then I called them and to my surprise they told me that it is on Jaipur address.

Then I recd a message that we are unable to deliver your card on the address mentioned in our records.

Please resolve the issue as you are also loosing revenues and I am also not able to use the Card.

I have already submitted all the documents and you have done the add change and despatched the reissued card but I have not recieved it.
