This is very sad to write that Maruti Apra has got a bussiness tie up with such a comapny where customer service has no meaning.
We had taken our car insurance form Royal Sundram, which was suggesred by Apra Official as they have got their tie up with this company. Executive came for picking up the chq one month before the due date and same was cleared on the due date but when we approched company for policy they said insurance is half done they can't issue the policy where they have issued the cover note ref no#0805075 but it stands invalid i suppose. This is to inform apra pla take an action against them otherwise we need to escalate it to the consumer court against the chq which got cleared from our account against our car insurance.pls action this on priority now i will not call royal as i have approached royal sundram many times.
