MARUTI - BALENO LXI
NOISE IN STEERING & FRONT AXEL

I purchased Baleno LXI with casis No. MA3EEJ91500122173 Engine NO. G13BBN516281 Month & year of Manufacture is Sept' from Kataria Automobiles Ltd, Vapi, Gujarat and got it registered at Silvassa UT of D&NH under registration NO. DN09/C-2474.

Since beginning this car is not working satisfactorily and generating sound in steering while turning and front axels. this was brought in the notice to the dealer immediately and to Mr. Katter, Chairman of Maruti. We were thankful to Mr. Katter for directing the dealer to check and repair the fault and it was done by the dealer in last year.

for some time problem was not there but again the same problem is continued. I am totally upset using this car and not having a pleasent driving and creating unnecessary tension in my mind which may lead to any serious accident in future.

I am told that these defects are manufacturing defects and hence nothing can be done permanently. Under this circumstances, I don't want to keep this vehicle with me and want to surrender to the company for total replacement of the car on free of cost with other good model.

I expect immediate action on this matter, failing to which, I may go for legal options.
