Sir,
i am from shimla and there is only one dealer here of maruti suzuki i.e goyal motors taradevi shimla. as it is the only maruti showroom in the distt they are having a monopoly over here. i wanted to purchase maruti swift from here and thek told me that it ill be delivered with in 7 days of bookin. but once they got my booking advance they are not picking my phone up and its been 20 days they havent given me my car. they know that i have given advance and now they are not attending me.
i want to bring this in notice to the maruti suzuki comany.
they are also asking for a compulsary insurance from their own showroom otherwise they are not willing to gave me the car. this is totaly rubbish and i want you to take some action against it.
