I am extremely unhappy and left with hopeless customer service and I have been always forced to get back to you rather than resolving my concern at the very first level. I had paid my 58 installments. without any default but due to some RBI issue my 2 cheques dishonored. The same information I got from your team then I paid that installment through cash. I explained all information to Amin / Ashish Sharma (987137392/9811183885) & they committed that issue will be resolved and there is no charges for bounced chq.
I sorry to say that commitment was not fulfilled & one day I received a call from concerned team regarding my NOC certificate but executive asked for 2100 rs for my NOC certificate.
I can not chase your team all the time and explain the situation from starting point.
Please resolve my below mentioned complaints at earliest.
. Bounced /Interest Fee Should be waived off as committed by Amin/ Ashish.
. Please arrange proper coaching and monitoring to your advisors to check customer's previous disputes and shall deal with urgent response.
