Courier Not receive/not proper response

Dear sir,

My uncle send courier (a medicines) from Aligarh on 22/07/09 to faridabad.

But till now i am not receive this consignment.

I call to Aligarh branch, faridabad all 3 branches, Gujrat (Head Office) but there have no response regarding my complain.

I am very helpless. now what i do

Very necessary medicines in this consignment.

Please do some need full help.
