IS MARUTI HAS AUTHORIZED HIS DEALERS TO COLLECT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS BY WRONG COMMITMENT AND THEN MISBEHAVING WITH THEM...
It is very surprising that how can the dealer is allotting a single vehicle to more that 1 customer and collecting money on this behalf.
I went to one of your dealer DEWAR's GARRAGE LTD, 4 Council House St. Kolkata 01. on 24th for the query of Dzire VXI and they said that they have one ready black colour DZIRE with them and if I do the booking today they will allot that particular vehicle to me. I even confirmed twice with the team leader & executive they said that no need to worry just make the booking to now and they confirmed me the Ch No- 170969 & Eng No- 492328 after there allotment confirmation I made the payment of Rs 50000/- payment receipt number V/00836/09-10 dated 27th apr 09.
Till 3rd may i confirmed and they keep saying that nothing to worry its in stock as it is allotted to you.
But surprisingly on 4th may at 6.30pm i received the call that your allotment has been canceled and the car has gone for registration in another name.
This all happened and no one has intimated me nor taken permission from devar's side. when i asked the executive you have already allotted the car and given me the Ch & Eng num after which only i made the payment he very rudely replied so hat we got he payment and we have given it to another party you have o wait for 3 weeks either Wait or do what ever you like. (Is this the service for what customer pays of the brand maruti)
When next day on 5th i visited the devars showroom at 11am they kept me waiting till 3pm and some on or the other was passing my case to each other. Executive to teamleader, team leader to ASM, & ASM to SM but no solution Even they where trying to make me understand that i as not ale to make h payment so hey have dealoted my vehicle. I told them if that was the case the someone should have called me and have told me and I was ready with the full downpayment.
HOW CAN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR INTIMATION THEY CAN DEALLOTTE THE VEHICLE FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE CH & ENG NUM TOO...???
Latter I come to know that the party who has been given the vehicle applied for ALTO LXI on 24th paymentrecipt - V/00744/09-10 an on 5th only the party was given the same vehicle allot ed to me payment receipt V/01108/09-10.
HOW CAN THE SAME VEHICLE BE ALLOTTED TO 2 INDIVIDUALS AND THE AMOUNT IS COLLECTED FROM BOTH THE PARTY.
THIS IS CLEAR THAT IF ANY PARTY IS RE DY TO PAY SOME THING EXTRA TO THE DEVARS EXECUTIVE THEY AN TRANSFER THE ALLOTTED VEHICLE TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION OR PERMISSION TO THE PERSON WHO HAS ACTUALLY ALLOTTED THE VEHICLE.
Is MARUTI intensely promoting there dealers to do this as none of the company person is bothered what is happening and how customers are cheated and harassed.
When i asked the name of MD or GM i was asked to contact the number 033 22420442/0445 but when i tried to contact and told my issue and name the person who so ever picks he call either keep me on hold or disconnect the call.
So looking for some solution and action on the same issue otherwise the reputation and brand image of such prestigious company is on stake just because of few dealers.
CAN ANY ONE REPLY THAT WHY SHOULD I OPPT FOR MARUTI... AFTER THIS BITTER EXPERIENCE AND STILL NO SOLUTION REGARDING MY MONEY OR THE VEHICLE???
IF LIKE YOUR DEALER YOU ARE NOT READY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THEN I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION JUST TO GO LEGAL TO CONSUMER FORUM THAT WHAT's GOING IN THE NAME OF CREATING SCARCITY OF VEHICLE BY SUCH A BIG PRESTIGIOUS BRAND LIKE MARUTI...
