Attery of wll phone does not work

Sir, i have a reliance wll phone in surat. its number is 02613276119. its battery does not work. it is compulsary to supply ac power anytime to it which is costly and unconvinient. i have complaint four times earlier for this but no action is taken. now i am so much puzzled that i want to disconnect this connection.plz take some action either of changing the set or disconnecting the phone
