Maruti loyalty Auto card
Non transfer of Ponts & Exchange bonus

I was a member of CITI Maruti auto card. Now they have arrangement with SBI. My points in previous card are still not transferred, further exchange bonus from Alto to swift is pending. I have been chasing all concerned authorities since Feb.10 but nothing is materiliased so far.
