I was suppose to book a swift dzire vdi in july but i have cancelled b'coz of their behaviour...
when i had gone for the quotation enquiry... i was given the ex-showroom price on-road tax (which they have changed while on my booking date after 15 days) handling charges... and told me that company also provides anti-rust coating and a third year extended warranty... but on the date of booking they have charged me for anti-rust coating and also for extended warranty and also they r totally disagreeing that they had told something like that before...
not only that i m not even getting any accessories (no matting, no mud guards, no side mouldings, no car cover) from the company... when asked they say the car is on demand so it is so, i have to purchase all of these by myself...
oooo i forgot to tell they also tell me that i have to purchase 10, 000-15, 000 worth accessories compulsary or i will not be delivered the car... n this has been told so to them directly by the company it seems...
n above all i have not got any offers or any discounts or any accessories on my car where as the on-road price is 6, 90, 000 odd.
if this is the case during purchase then what about service charges, n service type, n customer support...
IF U REALLY HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO SOLVE THIS WITHIN 20 DAYS, THEN IT WOULD BE WORTH MY COMPLAINT, ..OR THIS SITE IS ONLY TO RECEIVE COMPLAINTS NOT FOR ACTIONS THEN ALSO THANKS FOR LISTENING TO MY COMPLAINT B'COZ NOW A DAYS WE ARE USED TO THIS IN ALL GOVT SECTORS (i.e, all govt related works in bgm are pending from past 20 Yrs like good roads, drainage, street lights, cleanliness... etc) this is within 3 kms radius of area where the ministers usually visit the belgaum .. when they r about to come temporary work is done n within 5 days they r gone all the facilities r dead
