I got my Car serviced from Apra Auto, Okhla on 01st Oct is an authorised dealer of Maruti Suzuki. First I recieved the car after service and there were two problems which were not rectified and after my complain, they have taken the vehicle and rectified those problems, however i noticed after two days that there was lot of water inside the car on co-driver seat, i made a compliant to Apra Auto again. I am totally dissatified with the service provided by them.

1. They have delivered the vehicle without any qulity check.

2. When customer is making complaints, they are not responding for rectification of the problem.

I have waited for the action from them for last one week and after that i am writing this mail to you, with a hope that Maruti Suzuki may attend to the compliants of the consumer. My car No. is DL5CC6999
