I always give my vehicle to Batra Auto Companyand every time they do not service it in one shot and do not finish it off, I have to go again to them for the same complaint for which they charge me again.the staff sometimes behave like they do not know what the car is.last time they charged me Rs 1- and again same problems came in and the person who took the test drive does not have an idea what the problem is. simply a useless maruti authorised service station of maruti. the staff and service persons are like they are 10th pass and work like a road side service workshop, simply harrasing customers and nothing else.today they said to me that what they can do in this.simply pathetic nothing else. making fun of Maruti in the city and maruti must be having and impression that my authorised dealer is giving a wonderful service. I am driving Maruti from the last 15 years but due to them i am not planning to buy maruti next time, I know it might not matter to a big organisation like maruti but for that why should i be harrased.
