Maruti Suzuki DZire
Delay In delivery

Hi,

I have booked a Maruti Suzuki DZire VXi on 18th September and I have been promised that I will get the delivery on Diwali i.e. 27th October. Since that the dealer is keep on changing the date of delivery and now he is saying that I have to wait for about 20 weeks more against Clear beige colour.

Maruti is doing the delay in delivery to the dealer.

My complaint is to the maruti that when they are not ready with the production of the car why are they taking the booking against that colour. Also each of the dealer should inform the customer about the delay and the exact time of delivery of the car.
