Dear sir,

I have purchased a swift dzire car from your authorised dealer M/s BHATIA & COMPANY, KOTA on dt. 31/3. In Second time service they damage my car s front door handle. Now They have charged rs. 899/- for new handle. i have paid this amount to that dealer but i look that this handle is second hand not fully finished and also with a lot of scratch.

so plz do needful and take hard decision for your dealer and provide me new handle without cost as soon as possible.
