Customer service of Maruti Dealer, Sparsh, Raipur (C.G)

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform that I am not satisfied with service of your Maruti dealer Sparsh Automobiles (P) Ltd, Raipur (C.G). I have purchased Maruti Omni from the above dealer. The vehicle details are as below

Model: Maruti Omni LPG, STP, BS III

Reg no: CG 04 HA 5190

Invoice: 1365

Dated: 27-3-08

I live at Titilagarh, which is 250 Km away from Raipur. The Maruti Omni has been giving a lot of trouble from the day of purchase. The vehicle stops automatically during driving and LPG indicator starts blinking. The vehicle does not start easily after that.

I had informed about this problem to Sparsh Automobile. The concerned person informed me that the problem would be rectified during the service. The problem is not yet rectified even after three servicing (1st servicing dated 3-5, 2nd servicing dated 3-11, 3rd servicing dated13-4).

Sparsh Automobile has failed to resolve the problem till now and the problem has aggravated over a period of time. After the last servicing the vehicle does not start easily and starts only after trying for 10-15 minutes. Again, the vehicle stops after some time when driving and does not start at all. Due to the above problem I could not take the delivery of vehicle after the servicing, as I will not be able to drive it to my town. The vehicle thus is standing at Sparsh Automobile service center since 13-4.

I am mentally harassed and have lost my time and money due to the defective vehicle. I have even spoken to following person of your company about this issue.

Though, each of them promised to look into the problem and resolve it, all of them has failed to resolve my concern.

After purchasing the Maruti vehicle, it has become a nightmare for me. I am a businessman and need the vehicle for my business trips. The faulty vehicle creates a lot of trouble during the trip and I lose important business dealings.

My mother is an old lady and need great deal of medical care. I use the vehicle to take her to doctor very frequently. But due to the faulty vehicle, it has created havoc in all the occasions.

I request you to take the matter more seriously and take necessary action to replace the vehicle with a new defect free one. I hope to settle the matter amicably. If the problem is not resolved in 2-weeks of time, I will have to move to consumer court to settle the matter.
