DEBIT DUE TO NETWORK ERROR

SIR, ON 27.11.2009 I WENT TO ICICI ATM M/C INSTALLED AT SEC 15, PANCHKULA MARKET FOR CASH WITHDRAWAL. I TRIED TWICE FOR TRANSCATION. FIRSTLY 3000/- & THEN 1500/- BOTH TIME DUE TO SOME NETWORK ERROR THE TRANSACTION IS NOT SUCCESSFULLY COMPELETED, NO CASH HAS WITHDRAWN. TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I SAW MY BANK STATEMENT, Rs 1500/- was debited & credited back to my account whereas Rs 3000/- was only debited from my account. Thus i request to kindly check at your end & give me the credit of Rs 3000/- in my a/c no 30697343134 at the earliest.
