Change of address in dealer's invoice

I got my address in CRTM changed legally at RTO office in pimpri chinchwad (MH-14). also i gotta my address changed in CSD sale letter as i purchased car through khadki CSD.

I haven't got my permanent registration done.

My new address is of faridabad.

Now when dealer is refusing to change the address change in his invoice how can i go ahead with my car registration? My contact
