ROAD TAX

Dear,

I purchase MARUTI SUZUKI WAGON R CAR on 15.10.09 from CITY CARS, SATNA (M.P.).

I had paid for road tax and asked for U.P. RTO.But due to hike in road tax in U.P. on 28.10.09, they are telling me to pay more 2.5% more of actual car cost as per tax hike.

But I think It is enough time from 15.10.09 to 28.10.09 to get submission of tax and get the vehicle No. from RTO.This is their fault then why should I pay.

Suggest me.
