Dear Sir/madam,
I've purchased a Baleno VXI in 2007 from Vipul Motors Ajmer Road, Jaipur. Vipul Motors is one of the big dealers for Maruti Udyog Vehicle.
The vehicle was running fine except for its Antena which was giving trouble but we managed somehow. The real problem was the the quality of servicing it provides to its customers.
I gave my car for the first free servicing at Vipul Motors workshop located in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and I and not to mention I had an harrowing experience. When I received the car back from servicing I found that the Glove Compartment of the car was broken from one of the sides & some loose wires were also hanging beneath the steering area. I've informed them immediately but nothing was done.
I gave my car again for the 2nd free servicing, since I do not have any other servicing centre close by, on 29th Jan 08 and got the car on the same day but when I checked the car this time the GLove Compartment Tray was totally broken and the car was not cleaned properly. Pieces of match sticks, mud & shoe marks was present inside the car. Again I informed Kashish, the receptionist of the workshop yesterday but nothing has been done till now.
This kind of servicing is not expected from acompany like Maruti which is branding itself as the provider of Best Customer experience.
I have another car of a difefrent maker and I always had a wonderful experience with regard to after sales services. I would defenitely think thrice to buy in future any car of Maruti.
Hope some thing would be done about the same as for Vipul Motors i think all these are falling on deaf ears..
