I exchanged a 15 year old Maruti 800 for a 2005 model in January. The dealer, Mr. Vikram Bandary promised to transfer the full tank of petrol to the new car. Not only did he deliver the car with an empty tank, I found he had removed the new seat covers saying he'd clean them and give them to me in a day. I have phoned him and visited him many times since then, but have just wasted my time.
