This is for your kind information that against my order no SOBO8000404 dtd 30-09 M/S.J.B.Auto Agencies Pvt Ltd. Dibrugarh, Delevered to me the above vehicies. before the delevery while the same was taken tril run by there mechanics upto Dibrugarh University and found the some sound was coming out and the mechanic also here the sound.

After wards I took the car for atrial upto Lahoal for a road trial and this time also sound was hered from the vehicles. Then Ireturned the new car to the delar, Dibrugarh (J.B Auto) They changed the Bearing of the front wheel and took another trial but this time the same sound problem were there.

I then left the Vehicle with M/S J.B.Auto Agencies Pvt Ltd, Dibrugarh. Today the 2nd October at 8.30 A.M, I went to J.B Auto Agencies Pvt Ltd. and I was informed that the Gear box is having some defects and they will change the gear box by removing from another new car.

After changing the gear box, again myself and their two mechanics took the vehicle again for test trial and the same sound experceuied.

I left the vehicle with the Deler, as I dont desire to Purchase adefective new car andrequested their to delever me another new car of same Model, even before puja festival. You will kindly appreciate that no one like to purchase a defective new car.

You are therefore requested to kindly instruct your dealer M/S J.B.Auto Agencies Pvt Ltd, Dibrugarh to Delever me another new car of same model. Your immediate action in this regard would be very much appreciated.
