Maruti wagon r vxi
Issue of NOC inspite of paying loan amount since one yea

I had purchased Maruti Wagon R VXI through "hum sath sath hein" scheme in September. I have cleared the complete loan amount one year ago through DD.

Till date I'm calling different persons to get the NOC and all in vein.

Can anyone help me in this regard.
