I would like to bring your kind notice that I, Sh Basudev Sai, Sr Plant Manager of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (MD), presently posted at Indane Bottling Plant, Gidha, Bihar. I got serviced my car bearing Reg no WB 02-6319 (Maruti Zen) at your authorized service dealer M/s Alankar Auto Sales & Services Pvt. Ltd, Boring Road, Patna on 17.05.2009. On 24.05. one of my tyre got punctured and I tried to replace punctured tyre with the stefni available in my car. The Stefni did not fit it and it was established that stefni is different one than Maruti Zen, it belongs to Marui wagon R. The matter was taken up with M/s Alankar Auto Sales & Services Pvt. Ltd, Patna on 25.05.2009. He was requested to investigate further regarding the replacement of my stefni and take suitable action to replace my stefni with my Maruti Zen one. The matter was again taken up with M/s Alankar Auto Sales & Services Pvt. Ltd, Patna (Mr Probodh-phone-9334336154) on 01.06.2009. They are not paying any attention to replace my stefni.
Your company being a customer service oriented, providing advertisement towards customer satisfaction, I, being a customer, can expect the matter be investigated and suitable action is taken against erring authorized service dealer who are detrimental to the Corporate Image of Maruti.
I would therefore request you to kindly take necessary action towards replacement of my stefni at the earliest.
