Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
This is to bring to you notice that I had purchased a ZEN Estilo LXI in the month of Febuary 2009 from FROT POINT, Thane. I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai via the expressway, were the rear right tyre got punctured, I replaced the flat tyre with the stepney. When i got the stepney repaired i was informed by the mechanic that the tyre is a old one and not a new tyre as promised by the company officials.
I would again like to bring to your notice that i have spoken to Newton, Deepak, Amit Shetty, Danesh, Jyoti all commiting the same lame excuse.even the Regional Manager, Territory Manager who are always not available. Request you to kindly help us on this.
