I Chandra Shekhar Sharma worked with M/s. Mascot Managment., My Company PF A/c. No. : DL/29165/197, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in Oct till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary.

Kindly look in this matter and reply or settle my PF Amount as quick as possiable.
