Non receipt of devidend and maturity amount

Dear sir

i am holder of mep 1994 vide my certificate no.404-94-1530030012

but till date neither i have received any devidend and when i contacted your jodhpur branch with certificate in original their computer was not even showing the details of above certificate please let me know the status of my investment
