Very poor service

Hi,

myself parvesh banga from mandi adam pur{hisar}. i purchesed whirlpool 175 ltr refrigrator model no.master piece R18 deluxe before 5 years. rightnow there is problem in the motor of refrigrator.

after complaining to the dealer & customer care executive. they are delaying to provide after sales service. i registered my complaint on 6th of may to local delar ms grover radios still whirlpool have not sent any enginear to repair it. it shows the poor service after sales of whirlpool. if whirlpool finds it self unable to provide the after sale service then what is the use of there cutomer care?
