PF amount not yet recd

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that I have resigned from my former company M/S, Matex Net Pvt Ltd on 31.07. due to perssonal reasons. And in term they have submitted the PF Form 19 on 26th day of December. And my PF Account No is KN / 24743/117

But till date my account has not been credited with my PF amount

Kindly do the needful and arrange my PF amount to be credited to my Bank account
