Insurance - Serware Teatment

Sir,

I had handovered to my accident car to Rohan Motor, Sec- 1, Noida Office for taking insurance cliam & repair on dated 05.12.08. But insurance serware want to repair every parts, as per some maruti & other peoples part should be change. I want also it should be change. They are taking some munch time for my car.
