Dear Sir,

Contrary to our high expectations from your esteemed organization i.e., MARUTHI SUZIKI INDIA LIMITED, the treatment I have received from your associates has been appalling.

I have purchased a vehicle type of AULTO Lxi model with wine red – 76G colour and with chasis No. MA3EYD81SO1252898 and Engine No. F8DN3580989 from your authorized dealer “ Sree Durga Automotives”, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh and their code is 1B01 on 09-10. And to that effect your dealer has given Delivery Certificate. Except this no other documents i.e., Sale invoice, Sale Certificate, Form-22 and Insurance Certificate as it is very much essential and I am entitle of all these.

When I asked about the vehicle papers the dealer has requested me to collect the same on the next day. When I approached the dealer on the next day, the dealer has postponed to hand over the same to next weak. I again went on 15-10, but the dealer has asked me to come on next weak to collect the same. Again I approached the dealer on 22-10 and demanded about the vehicle papers, the dealer has asked me to approach after 10 days for obtaining the same. When my people protested the dealer has handed over the papers on 24-10. And all these days your authorized dealer was postponing on some other pretext to hand over the vehicle papers, for the reasons best known to them.

The action of the dealer is nothing but deficiency in service and negligence attitude towards me.

SECONDLY, on 09-10 at the time of purchase of the vehicle your dealer has collected Rs. 9, 304/- towards Insurance of the Vehicle and Rs. 25, 820/- towards Life Tax of the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle papers at a great pain, I was surprised by going through the insurance papers. In that the total premium was charged for Rs. 8, 839/- as the dealer has collected Rs. 9, 304/-.

This attitude of your authorized dealer towards me is nothing but cheating, which is punishable under the law.

FINALLY, when I went to RTA, Anantapur for Registration of the vehicle on 24-11 and submitted all the papers to the officials, they told me that the dealer has paid the Life Tax amount only for capacity of 4 in all instead of 5 in all. I was shocked by listening the same and I lost the faith on the dealer and on you as by appointing such kind of dealer at our place as a representative of your esteemed organization. Then I rushed to the Bank for getting the Demand Draft for the balance amount, which has to pay by your dealer. When I came back to the office, the registration time was over and they asked me to come on next day that is Tuesday.

Because of this kind of attitude and actions of your authorized dealer I could not able to Register my vehicle on auspicious day.

Your authorized dealer has cheated me twice and showed deficiency in service, by the acts of your dealer I got mental agony, stress and physical strain.

Such quality of service is highly unexpected, especially from a reputed company like Maruthi, I have lost total confidence.

compelled by your actions, it is a painfull duty of mine to constrain to go to court of law for justice.
