My MTNL broadband connection which I took almost 1 year ago doe not function properly. The connection shows disconnect most of the times or else it keeps blinking. Despite many complaints to my local office in Mayur Vihar phase 1 no one has turned up to correct the same. The lineman incharge prefers to keep his mobile phone off.
