Dear Sir /Madam,
This is to inform you that we purchased Whirlpool 310L Refrigrator dated on 21/08 from Neha Electronics, Bhuyangdev, Ahmedabad. The Refrigrator was not cool properly since last one month. We complained to Whirlpool customer care Centre. They told that our site engineer will take visit within 2 working days but site engineer was not visited for regarding matter. Thereafter we got second complain no wide complain No AH0609005124 from Mumbai whirlpool customer care talked to Miss/Mrs. Dipti (customer care executive) dated on 09th June. Engieer visited our site dated on 10th June and found problem that Refrigrator compressor not in working condition and the compressor is under warranty and it is changeable and compnay given warrnty for 7 years from the date of purchase. According to the engineer that it will be completed within 2-3 days by our site and we will fit new compressor. Thereafter we call and calls up to customer care executive afte 2-3 days but had not received any hopeful answere. Last i talked to Dipti at Mumbai she committed me that On friday dated on 19th June, 09 at 5 pm engineer will be visit to your site but same has occurred as before as.
Today I taked to Mr. Hiren Max Info Services, Ahmedabad whirlpool service centre, he was very rude and told us that engineer will visit at 5 pm becuase engineer came at Ahmedabad late last night and if you dont want to avail our service your can cancel your complain and we will not send our site engineer and we are not interested to serve you our service.
We are requesting you to take an action against this kind of services. We are spending money for purchasing better products and better services and amoung some of people creating this kind of problems.
I am sending the service charge receipt and service request compalin no.
