Not received my policy document

Dear all,

i was first missold the policy by a sales manager and later the WK itself was not dispatched to my address,

on top of that i continue to get calls from the local MYNL office to pay my renewal premiums, when i inform that i have not rec my WK they hang the phone,

there is no effort to help a cleint is already cheated by the max new york offcials.
