My Policy no is 425043403 and I had placed a request for surrender in the month of September on 12th day. After that there is no response from any of the customer care or Andheri office for my followup. And I have surrendered my policy for investing it in Smart Express policy.
I have made payment through credit card and already the due date for that particular payment is crossed and I still don’t have any information regarding the Surrender claim. Nobody is able to understand my position and the credit card dues or fines which I have to pay them from my pocket.
I have contacted many people in the Andheri office and the response was shocking and very irresponsible, I strongly have a doubt whether to continue with the new Policy if this is the kind of response I get in future also.
