I have resigned from the Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited and give my resignation to the Area Sales Manager, Mr Rohit Sharma on dated July 4 through email and on dated 06.08.2008 I was informed by the Branch Manager Mr Sunil Bagga that my resignation has been accepted, hence I left the Company on dated 06.08.2008. I am pasting the copy of my resignation below:

I have requested the company so many times for Payment of Full and Final Payment i.e. Salary for August (six days), P.F, Trav. exp. for six days, mobile exps (four bills), The company did not settle the payment till know. I have I have send their Patiala Office a set of four forms 1. Clearance
Form, 2.ID Deletion/IT Asset Handover Form for Resigned Employee, 3.
Information of New Company and 4. personal ressons. Further note I
send the above documents to Nabha Office, where I was posted, but they
refused to accept the courier and it was returned to me by the courier
service provider with remarks: refused to accept. That's why I have to
resend the courier to your Patiala Office. Please let me know how much
time your Company will take to settle my above said payments, since I
have completed each and each and every formality.
Please inform me to whom I may approach for the full and final settlement. If I approach the civil court or media it will defame the reputation of the Company. Hence I request the directors or CEO of the Company please settle my full and final payment.
