I have booked Apt in Maya Classic of Maya Realators Limited Marar Road Thrissur for my Sister. 3 years Back by paying an advance amount of 2.5 Lakhs. Since there is no progress in Work when asked they told to change to other project. Since we were not happy with that project we asked the give the advance money back. They have given a cheque and when presented no money in the bank. Shortly when enquired about the ware abouts, the partner Mr Satheesh has disappeared from the scene and office is also closed and no body answering.
