because i can not understand what we can do for this company how i can take back our money with this company. i

We bought 2 Containers of Fully Refined Paraffin wax and 2 Containers of Semi Refined Paraffin wax from :

On L/C Term Basis with Total Amount USD 1, 11, 400=00 in which we asked for insurance of the Goods, which the party did from PICC (Property and Casualty Company Limited) and a certificate from China Chamber of Commerce mentioning about the Goods in the containers are paraffin wax with CHINA origin.

We regret to write that the suppliers have sent us white block of MUD powder having foul and pungent smell instead of Fully Refined Paraffin wax and Semi Refined Paraffin wax. WE PREFER TO CALL THIS SHIPMENT AS A CLEAR CHEATING CASE.

You are requested to look into the Matter at your very earliest as such misappropriation of supply will damage the image of your country, which is the highest export country of the world we have been importing Paraffin wax & various other items from Various sources from China and have never encountered such cheating. Kindly let us know your response in this regard at the earliest.

We request you to take a firm action against them on our behalf for which we will be very thankful.
