McAfee soft ware
Not able to down load

Dear Sir

I paid money through net to down load the software.

but as per instuction i am not able to down load the soft ware.

So for i mailed 10 times to McAfee.

They are informing me that this will sove in 10 days time.

But more than a month the problem is not solved by them.

I asked for CD VERTION OR A REFUND.

nothing had happend so for.

please help.

i can provide the payment details and complete reply from them.
