Chief Engineer,

D.H.B.VN.L

New Delhi

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that, I Sri S.K.Banerjee residing

atB-91/3, SuryaVihar, NearSector-4, Gurgaon, Haryana, Pin-122001 (Acc No: SV01-0213) has lodged a complain about flactution of Electric supply in my house. The above complain has been forwarded to you on 17th Feb for favourable action from end.

In this connection please note that according to the complain I have discussed with you again on 5th March. Keeping in

view I met your XEN on 8th March at your greivance cell greviance cell camped was organised by your department opposite Sector-4 DHBVNL office, where I meet your XEN and your associated staffs. During that day XEN had given order to Mr Balvinder Singh to check Mr Y.K.Khanna's load and where he was running watch making factory at his house, as result I

am facing problem. But it is surprised to note that after he returned from inspection he expressed that no such machines are

available at their house, although undersigned was informed to XEN that he has shifted the machine to the others neighbours

premises. Mr Singh assured us that he will instructed to them for increasing the load, but till date no development had occured as per the commitment. In this connection please note Mr Singh has also inspected upstairs of his room where he found no machines although during inspection he informed them to increase their load according to their points. For safety measures Mr Singh also has tightened our jumpers of DHBVNL's pole situated at B-80, Surya Vihar opposite my house. However on 10th March when I talked to Mr Balvinder singh and XEN they expressed that we are helpless to take anydecision about Mr Y.K.Khanna for not increasing the load. But it is surprised to note that the department has visited to my house for checking about my adequate load which waschecked and verified by on 14.11.08 against their Code no

1040, my house has been covered by 5KW load which is more than sufficient according to my point as confirmed by your

load detection team (enclosed the document). In this connection please note that because this flactuation incurred the loss of Rs50, 000 approx for last few months of reparing fridge, T.V, Computer including all electronics items. So, you are once for requested to take immidiate action to stop flactuation due to inadequate load of Mr Y.K.Khanna's house no B-91/2 .You are

also requested to take remidial measures immediate or otherwise no other scope balance except legal step through consumer forum. Your personal intervervention is solicited in this matter.

Thanking you
