Sir i m living in pandavnagar (east delhi). near radha krishna mandir. delhi -92. hear is a street dog which bit more than 20 peopel in two months. the name of dog is julie kept by locals.the dog is wondering near house no c-140and c-139. there is no owner of this dog. kindly look the matter.
