Garbage in front my house

I 'm putting up in one the civilized colony where people dont throw garbage on roads, but unfortunately the sweepers are so smart that they collect the garbage from all houses and dump in front of my house. The sweeper here are 've further given contracts to open richawala who comes to collect garbage. Kindly get the heaps of garbage in front of our house block no 3 house 28 west patel nagar new delhi
