Dear Sir / Madam,
With due respect I beg to state that presently I am a tanant of the MOUNTY including STAIR-CASE going on the ROOF of VARDHMAN CRYSTEL PLAZA, PLOT NUMBER 5, LSC, CD-BLOCK, PITAM PURA, DELHI-110088 since 01-11.
At very first we have took the tanancy of Office No. : 307, 3rd Floor, VARDHMAN CRYSTEL PLAZA, PLOT NUMBER 5, LSC, CD-BLOCK, PITAM PURA, DELHI-110088. I want to take more space for my business to start a Class room so I contacted to the owner / Landlord of the Office he adviced me to construct an ADDITIONAL ROOM at the Terrace of the Same Premises. I agreed by his advice.
I have constructed AN ADDITIONAL ROOM AT THE TERRACE OF THE PREMISES with the Mutual permission of the Owner / Landlord Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Setya also the owner of Office No. 307, 3rd Floor, Vardhman Crystal Plaza, CD-Block, Pitam Pura, Delhi-88.(As he told us) But the Electricity bill was coming in the name of REENA SETYA.
After few days after the construction some people told me that the ROOF, MOUNTY or STAIR-CASE cannot be Constructed or Leased at all. In this regard I find out the phone Numbers of Vardhman Properties Ltd. and called Mr. Binoy at: 011-26413067 and discussed all the metter he adviced me to send a FAX in this regard I also sent a Fax regarding the enquiry at: 011-46542260 in the month of December.
On 18th-March, the Owner / Landlord directed us to VACATE Immeadiately or PAY THE DOUBLE RENT and ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSITE OF THE PREMISES When I opposed this ILLEGAL DEMAND, I was beten up by him the metter was reported to the police and the Landlord satisfied the POLICE that the entire ownership of the STAIRS, MOUNTY, ROOF and the ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION is under the total ownership of the LANDLORD. The case was closed in the evening of the same date: 18-March, by Asstt. Sub Inspector, Delhi Police: VIJENDER SINGH posted at Mourya Enclave Police Station. He directed me to follow the Instructions and pay the RENT as instructed by the Landlord / Owner of the STAIR-CASE, MOUNTY and the ROOF of the said premises.
Here I am enclosing herewith My erlier letter Dated 31-March which till date remains unreplied to.
1. Please inform wheather the entire Portion of property leased out to me is leagelly under the ownership of the Landlord Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Setya.
2. Wheater he was issued any sale deed in respect of the said premises?
Please treat it as most urgent.
