Computerized public grievances redressal system of the MCD not functioning

Hi,

This is too much. To make the optimum use of IT and e-goverance, MCD lauched a website www.mcdonline.gov.in and we can register complaints on this site. But now the complaint page (complaints.mcdonline.gov.in) is not being displayed and some errors comes. So, how can the people register their complaints online?

Ikindly request the concerned department to do the needful.
